Or just open up and chow down on a jar or 3.
I already filmed one canned venison video even before I put this one together! I'm going to catch up on editing a hunting video or two before I edit that one, though.

Stroganoff was the first test I did with my first batch a few months ago! I'll likely include that in a future video.

Wow. Lots of great info. Question...I notice you’re relegated to garage/shop with a lone burner. Is that because it smells or for safety or just cus Jnet prefers you be outta sight?

Nice. Thanks Michael. Very informative. Been thinking about doing this. Having this information definitely helps.

Ihave a pressure cooker. Is it a different animal than a pressure canner or can it be used the same? Maybe set for different pressures I don't know.

Our kitchen really isn't set up for filming (small, poor lighting, ugly stove, etc.). There is a "meaty" odor that can permeate through the house (like cooking a roast or stew). Hannah doesn't like it.

Not sure. What brand/model is it? Is it electric? Can you set (or control) the pressure?

It's a Presto. You can let it build pressure or release pressure but no variability and no gauge to tell you what the pressure is at.

You'd likely need a way to monitor and regulate the pressure.
