Anyone ever try one? Seems legit. Thinking it may be good for the wife to use till I can get to the knives with my Worksharp.

BTW, when your checking out they offer you and extra special model for $10 more or something like that.
I chose the $20 job.
They also offer a knife for this amount and another sharpener for that amount so this initial offering is click bait if you will, but the process to get the original product was painless enough.

Try the edge maker I’ve had the original one for over 25 years basically two steels you pull the blade thru, works great no affiliation with them

Well I got my $20 Bavarian edge in and to my surprise it works decently enough.
I ran a few knives over it following the 3 step process - course, fine then polish and each one is decently sharpened afterwards . They can slice through a single sheet of paper without pushing and can shave my fine arm hair.
I'm not saying it's the best thing since sliced bread or anything, but for $20 I feel I got my money's worth and wonder how much better the diamond grade next version up would have been.
