I used to have a pen around and bow blind made of 39" hog panels with t-post supports. On the panel in front of the blind I cut the panel to 20" then reattached the piece i cut out with wire to make a hinge. When i hunted the stand i just let the cutout down so i could shoot without hitting the panel. Worked perfect and the deer never noticed the difference.

Also, you do realize hogs can jump over that fence?

You are making this way too hard.We cut our top 14-16" of our cattle panels so that we can fold it down and back up. We simply unfasten it at the bottom so it hinges down. We fold it down when we get in the pop up and then we put it back up when we leave. It keeps hogs and cattle out but allows a better shot when hunting. We use simple clips on top to disconnect an reconnect it. Works great
PYBuck does the same thing.I did not see his post
