Need Georgetown civil eng./plumber for main run

Bought a raw lot and need an approved vendor with city of Georgetown to run my water Main tap..
any suggestions for civil engineer to make a tap plan for new water service and plumber to run said tap..

It's in the etj couple miles out from limits on hwy29 but I do have access to gtown city water I already confirmed with them and have the application for meter..
