30 minutes to cut and clean 3/16” plate, and we are in bidness! Gonna forge and weld some handles tmw but had to try it out tonight. Not as fancy as a Blackstone, but about $250 cheaper

The square fire-pit box top on a smoker makes a great grill too. I remember a Bownanza where "Team Where's the Beef" cooked some steaks on the firebox while the other meats were inside smoke-n . Our now diseased brother Jaspro brought the steaks. Great times!
