Naw. Vodka and Gin are for mixing.

My supervisor and I just had this discussion yesterday when we were talking about weekend plans.
He said the only thing your ever suppose to mix with whiskey is ice.

I actually quit bourbon when I tasted peated Scotch.

I still drink bourbon but I will pass up any other drink for a speyside single malt with a cube of ice. I mix gin and will have an old fashioned on occasion in the summer.

My son is a bartender and made me an Old Fashioned over the Christmas break. First time I ever had one. Where the hell has that drink been all my life? Excellent! Now I'm just over here sipping Old Fashioned like Don Draper.

Now just need to get January Jones on my arm...

Did I actually read on TBH recently that people drink Crown and Sprite? Oh, the humanity!
This statement with your profile pic is pretty funny. I can’t imagine worrying about what anyone drinks.

I drink a lot of whiskey neat, I drink a lot of whiskey with a couple of ice cubes, and I'll drink a wellers and coke on occasion as well. I've never understood the "men drink whiskey strait mantra" but I guess I don't suffer from small unit syndrome either.

Using ice only dilutes it use cold stones instead.

Mixing Jack Daniels with coke aught to be a crime... at least that's what my dad always said.
