Hey gas lift is where it’s at for west Texas but hate to say weatherford GasLift is wayyyyy better. Lol. ( I work for WFT GasLift)

Tool hands usually get paid a day rate, but can be salary or a combination of day rate and salary. I know guys that are straight salary that bring home a little over $100k home, and I know guys with a $60-70k salary, that bring home an extra $400-1200 a day on top of it. When it’s busy that’s the way to be, but it also makes you more expendible when that expensive.

Most hands bring home roughly $120-200k a year, with some reaching North of $300k.
