    Dang,
    I was looking last year in this price range and came up with nada.
    I get laid off and lease openings are a dime a dozen.

          Good guy/ Good place

          The ranch as a whole is a darn good place with decent genetics. Beautiful ranch. We hunt in same area, we're neighbors. You will enjoy the place if you are lucky enough to be chosen. Good luck

              Road into camp is pretty dang rough.
              Spouses and kids are always welcome.
              As TexasJim mentioned, we have good neighbors on the adjacent pasture that are picky about what they shoot.

                my father and brother in laws own about 700 acres on that road and it is some good hunting. Good luck on filling the spot.

                  I believe I have replied to all pm' s.

                  I will let everyone that is interested in looking at the place know how we proceed. It is a long drive, but I don't want to lease it sight unseen. This is due to how rough it is, both the road in and country in general. I want any potential member to be fully aware of the conditions.

                        One of the best write ups I have seen on a lease. Sounds like a great group and set up. A lot like we do ours. Shouldn't be hard to find someone qualified from TBH.

                            Guys, I appreciate all of your replies. I wish I had more spots as several of y all seem to be great guys.
