Yesterday I spotted a dark colored deer and as I got closer it was a Sika buck. Today I was in the same neighborhood and saw about 12 Sika doe's.

Lots of exotics out there. Used to be one big ranch that had them and it has since been sold off and developed.

I just talked to an outfitter that lives in the area and he said they came from the Barrow Ranch a few years ago, the developers just cut the fence down.

Yup, My brother’s in laws live right there. They’ve seen many sika in that new section in the evenings.
