Anyone heard of there barrels blowing up when fired? I read on another hunting forum that a guy had one do this and he lost his hearing. After he did some research he found this has happen on several occasions with various injuries occuring. Has anyone else heard about this? I have a CVA Optima Pro I bought in 05 and love it, but now am VERY nervous about shooting it. I just got a new scope for it at Christmas and wanted to sight in in this week but am now having serious sencond thoughts. What to do?

Go to their web site....I had my barrel replaced a few years ago...it was only a few on the recall list.Comment
