Coming to work sick, don't do it.

Why is that so hard to understand , got the flue ? Stay home.
I think everyone I know is going to work sick.
There is at least 6 confirmed cases of the flue in our shop and several of the office people. Keep it to yourself people.

I'm working from home this week because I'm healthy and plan on staying that way for as long as I can.

We beg people to stay home, we pay for flue shots. It's good business to keep everyone healthy not force people to come in and spread it around

Usually I will send my guys home if they are sick and if they want to make it up later in the week or the next I will let them so they don't have to use any time off, but we get 40 hours sick time. Stomach bugs especially!!!

It's pretty bad when you have to stay home because you're not sick

Only time I've got in the last couple years was this past November when a coworker came to work sick. Then he apologized for getting me sick. But dang, stay home. If I am sick you won't catch me at work.

At my work they secretly want you to come in sick, just don't infect anyone else if at all possible

Sick leave hits the bottom line too much

I had a guy come in to work last year with the flu. I got it. I stayed home and gave it to my wife.

We have a lady up here now with the flu. She said she didn't want to use all her sick time so she was coming to work.

I was shopping at walmart last night. The lady in front of me at checkout was bragging that she had the flu and was shopping.

This weekend at 4H one of the dads leaned into me and whispered that he wasn't going to help much because he had the flu.

IF YOU HAVE THE FLU, STAY HOME and keep it to yourself.

                  IDIOTS!!!!!!

They just closed a local school because of the flue, they are supposed to be cleaning it.
I had our cleaning service go in and spray down everything in our shops break room to try and get ahead of it

I had a meeting planned on Monday at a shop we subbed some work too, I walked in and the owner was hacking and sweating. I never sat down, told them I was leaving and to give me 10 minutes and I would call In to the meeting.

My wife works at the Tax office and she said last week tons of people were coming in with the flu. Guess who is at home with the flu now.

Some people just can’t afford to take days off.... hard to mandate they stay home, especially if they don’t get any paid time off to use.

Hard to get mad at a guy trying to make a living.

Wondering how many cases of flu are self diagnosed ? The one time I had the flu they stuck a giant Q-tip up my nose which felt like they were probing my brain to get a lab sample to confirm the flu. I understood that this was the only way to say it is the flu.

My co-worker stayed home with the"flu", when she returned I asked her how she liked the nasal swab, she said that "they didn't do one".

Some will abuse sick leave when they have it, and that is the reason most of us don't have paid sick leave any longer.
