What animal sounds like a fan belt squealing for just a short burst?

It almost sounded like a short pig squeal, but I heard it three times over several minutes and it was the same burst each time. I have heard a lot of pigs and am confident it wasn't that.

I almost feel like it was a bird but have never heard it before.

Our bald eagles make a horrible high pitched squeal when flying around that might resemble a squeaking fan belt. We have a bow stand really close to a nesting pair and I hear them all the time.

Nancy Pelosi realizing she will never be majority leader again

Must have been Nancy, because there are no porcupines or panthers here. It was definitely not a wood duck, I am familiar with that sound. I live in the country and was outside on the phone on and off between 7pm and 8pm. Well after dark. I live by Lake Texoma so there are bald eagles around but not a nest that I am aware of. Maybe and owl but, I have spent a lot of time in the woods and grew up here and this was a first.
