Your most favorite game to hunt, in TEXAS

I like hunting pigs. But honestly I just like to hunt. I like to get in a few duck hunts each year, shoot a few dove, walk up a few quail and of course whitetail. Elk are the most exhilarating game I've ever chased. However the hunting for them is no longer within my ability so I hunt pigs. All year round.

I love deer hunting. Spring turkey just sends chills down the spine. But for pure simple pleasure, a morning stroll in a creek bottom, hunting squirrels is my tops.

Mule deer at the top of the list, pigs probably second, whitetail third. Then quail and turkey are my favorite birds, really the only birds I hunt.

Deer are fun to hunt, especially bow hunting, but my absolute favorite is a good duck hunt. Watching the ducks circle and come into your decoys, then watching the dog work, that makes for a great morning.

Big hogs.

But I just like to hunt too. Don't really matter what. Just as long as it's a good time.

Coyotes. Love the challenge and no cleaning when you kill one.

Pigs. Year round hunting and they are harder to figure out than deer. Also harder to kill.

Predators/varmints,hogs and rattlesnakes. All that other stuff gets boring after a while. I like to eat game animals it's just not enough action for me. If pheasants and quail just flew to you like doves and the limit on deer and turkeys was unlimited that would be awesome.
