First sit of the season here at the house.
He hasn’t been on camera in nearly 7 weeks. Lots of scrapes rubs and buck activity going back in here though so you never know. Maybe I’ll get lucky!
In my new 38’ lock-on that favors south and west winds.
Been hunting my other two counties and
knocked a doe down this AM over there.

I may end up doing the same this evening and getting those two tags out the way.

Oh, I will be very patient!
There are only so many places he could be and a matter of time before he comes back through and settles in on my corn.

Seen 6 deer from the new stand yesterday evening including that split G2 8, no shot on a big doe though.

Got a pop up set up yesterday and brushed it in today, set up perpendicular to their trail for my daughter to hunt from. Easy short entrance and a 60 yard chip shot to the trail they travel on.
Hope she can connect youth weekend with either of those other 2 bucks.
