                    Medium rare for me.
                    Marinade in olive oil with some Montreal steak seasoning, then grill. Mmmmmm mmmmm, make your ears wiggle its so good.

                                My dad would have considered that med. He would get the pan smoking hot and lay the steak on it for may be a min- min and half. Flip and same thing. Actually still cold ( raw) With just a bit of crust on the very outer edge. He said all you have to do is remove the moo, and it's done. Me it's got to be med ( real med. not my dads med.)
