Y’all are talking about right rancho Seco. We hunt there currently we have 4 pastures that make up 29k acres. Our owner and his sisters have been splitting it up, he’s losing another 40k when this season closes and guys losing no their spots after being on for years and our owner taking care of all the leasing and hunting operation for his sibilings. Pretty sad deal
Those guys definitely got a raw deal! I don't know what they paid per year but from what I can see it would be worth while to get some folks together and see about getting it. They're looking for1 group of up to 10 hunters for 50K. Guy I talked to also said a new ranch house was under construction. I hunted Mexico for the first time this year and LOVED it. Looking to join a lease there for the upcoming season.
