Game: Whitetail Deer, Dove, Exotics (primarily Aoudad), Javelina, Lots of Turkeys, Too Many Feral Hogs.

Game Tags Per Hunter:
• One (1) Trophy Buck & One (1) Cull Buck OR Two (2) Cull Bucks
• Zero (0) Doe for 1st Year Members
• One (1) Management Doe for 2nd Year Members and beyond
• One (1) Exotic
• TP&W Limit of Four (4) for Turkey
• TP&W Limit of Two (2) for Javelina
• Unlimited Hogs

Guest Policy: Up to one guest per visit OR immediate Family Members.

Livestock: Cattle

Access: Twelve (12) Month Year-Round with minor exceptions.

Amenities: Medium sized Camp house, large open yard with enough electricity and well water to accommodate 6-8 travel trailers. Hunters will need to provide their own stands, feeders, feed pens and feed.

Dumbest thing I've seen posted in a long time. Guess you missed the Austin bombings, Vegas shootings, endless school shootings that happen monthly here in the US, and the daily body counts in Chicago. Guess the US isn't for the faint of heart either...

Conch County Lease between Paint Rock and Millersview

I will be showing the lease this saturday at 10:00 AM

~960 acres

6 spots total - 4 are filled

Extremely family friendly, they hunt off your allotment. one guest under 18 allowed.

Mainly rifle hunters, but bow hunting is welcomed.

Terrain is mainly rolling mesquite flat with some old CRP. Decent amount of water on the place via tanks and troughs in every pasture.

Typical deer harvested in the 130's with the occasional 140. Harvest age has been upped to 5.5 to get us into the 140's more consistently hopefully. Several 150 class bucks killed in the adjoining ranches over the years, not much pressure at all directly around this ranch.

$2,500/gun for a year round lease.

Amenities include an old school house that has been converted to a 2/1 house. Full kitchen, hot water, satellite TV, will sleep up to 10 or so but fits 6 comfortably. Large lean-to coming off one side of the cabin with cleaning station.

I keep coming back here hoping to find a lease to hunt Axis. All I know now Mexico is terrible, and I will be kidnapped or killed if I go there. SMH
