well i got up this morning and fog was so thick i could not see my fence..decided to stay in and make a big pot of chile con carne mmmm mmmm mmm good .cold front blew in around 8:30 and cant wait till am my son and i are gonna hunt hard tween now and before i leavefor china on 13 hopefully well stick something . hes new to bow hunting too santy clause brought him a nicer bow than i got my self humbuh he got bear instinct fully decked out from bps good deal too after dz arrows release and case sights peep wb rest we (santa) paid 450 better set up than mine and better price too dang the luck .

heres the recipe
heres my recipe:
4 lbs venison 2 ground/2 cubed
2 med white onions
6 diced garlic cloves
6 jalapenos
2 tbs cumin powder
6 tbs chili powder
3 tbs olive oil (can use veg)
2 large cans stew tomatoes
1 bunch cilantro
masa / water mixture to thicken; pancake consistancy
in large pot add oil saute onions,peppers,garlic and add some cumin .when onions are transparent add venison remainder of cumin.brown venison add chili powder,tomatoes,cilantro,simmer salt n pepper to taste.wait an hour and add masa mix to thicken simmer another 2 hrs
pour in bowl w/fritos n cheese or just crackers and enjoy
