Deep water bite is on in the bay

My son called and was catching red fish every cast on plastics at a local marina in Corpus Christi Bay in 9ft of water. He said TPW had closed some deep water areas to fishing on emergency order also.

Im not super familiar with CC bay but by what TPWD posted I dont know if Id be fishin at any marina on it till the ban is over

Certain deep water ares are closed he said. They have it poseted on TPW web page. Not the entire bay!
