    It looks like a giant plecostamus (sp) that you would put in a fish tank to help keep it clean......

      It's a, Plecostomus. It's an alge eater in aquariums.

          Plecostomus We shoot everyone we see. They are over run on some of the hillcountry Lakes.

                    Take a look at the link I posted it gives a brief description of their range in Texas waters.. I've seen them in Canyon and Travis while diving also
