      Congratulations on the position move. I really love hitting the gym before work.

      Shoulders and abs today.

      Lateral raise
      Front raise
      Rear delt fly
      Dumbbell shoulder press
      Lateral raise bilaterally
      Clean and press
      Incline situp
      Hanging leg raise
      Ab roller

      I'm thinking legs and triceps tomorrow.

        A little treadmill action after for loosening up.

              Yesterday, 2000m row, back and biceps then abs. Sadly my diet is just bad enough that Im not seeing any results.

                10 push-ups.
                5 inverted rows.
                10 body weight squats.
                10 jumping jacks.
                20 sets in less than 20 minutes.
                700 reps total, wasn't really pushing too hard and finished in 18:33. If I remember right, I had to stop the stopwatch the first time I did this challenge.

                    6000M row, triceps and then 2 miles on the eliptical. Got a late start and had to leave before I was finished because of business before and after my workout. Oh well. Playing golf tomorrow and then back at Sunday. GO ASTROS!

                          Cardio, abs and rotator cuff work. Went to do some clean and jerks and shoulder work but R shoulder wasn't having any of it. Not in a good place about it.

                            Legs and back today, but had to stop the leg work thanks to my hip.

                            Pendlay rows
                            Leg extensions
                            Wide grip body weight pullups
                            Goblet squats
                            Body weight ring pullups
                            Walking lunges with barbell-this is the one that got me.
                            Chin ups with knees raised

                                Didnt post yesterday but mostly did cardio..... 6100M row=30 minutes, then abs, then 10 minutes at a very brisk pace on the eliptical. Finished with 12 min stretching in the sauna.

                                Today was 2500M row to warmup, then chest, more abs, 2100M row and finished with 12 minutes in sauna stretching. I forgot my elbow sleeves and man what a difference. Both my left elbow and shoulder are aggravated now. Those sleeves have been magic.
