    Back today after work as I slept in to long.... Goodness I’m going to hate going to the gym at 5pm....

      3 minutes heavy bag.
      Ball passes.
      3 minutes heavy bag.
      Heels to heaven.

        Deadlifts from 135 to 325
        Single arm DB rows
        Tbar Rows
        Lat pull downs
        Seated Cable rows
        Hyper extensions
        Mch Single Arm lat pulldowns
        Mch Rows

        Bis and tris tomorrow along with Abs

          2nd day of new program. Nice mix of exercises. Followed up with a buttkicker 30 minute treadmill incline walk. I was soaked. Good prep for my september elk hunt.

            Not sure if this has been discussed yet..

            Do any of y'all have any recommendations on places that deliver pre-made meals? I'm looking for a place that delivers pre-made meals (breakfast, snacks, lunch dinners etc) on a weekly cycle. I know there are a bunch of places out there but looking for someone in the Conroe area and geared more towards health/workout.

              No idea if they deliver but here in SA they have a few locations of this place that’s suppose to be awesome. Several surgeons at work have been recommending them to me to have quicker/healthier meals at home and avoid fast food.

                I skipped today since I had to be at work early this morning. I'll have to be at work early tomorrow as well but I'm gonna hit the gym early.

                  Did wind sprints today. Trying to increase my mile speed. Shins are still tight, but definitely feeling better.

                    Had some Chiro work on my shoulders back and hips. ROM is much better. Back was solid knots. Hoping this will help.

                      DB step up and thrusts.
                      DB swings.
                      Physioball leg/hamstring curls.
                      Canoes.
