Started over the AX-1 program. Not sure what I'll modify, gonna change the rules as I go.
Spiderman push-ups.
Alternating DB flat bench press.
Alternating DB shoulder press.
DB shoulder L raises.
Alternating tubing woodchopper pushdowns.
Tubing external rotation.

back and hip weren't bothering me as bad today as yesterday, but it's still painful. It definitely has an effect on my workout. Today was chest and biceps. Treadmill, then two warmup sets and three working sets.
Bench press
Wide grip seated chest press/barbell curl
Reverse grip bench press/hammer curl bar
Pec deck fly/preacher curl.
