      Legs are toast

      No cardio because my headache was still insane

      Arms, abs, and cardio in the morning

        Good session. Caffeine usually works well for headaches. Preworkouts usually work but I'm not sure if the other ingredients would exacerbate the headache.


        Way to push through.

              You might want to look in to flossing your elbow on YouTube. Good exercises.

                10 DB pitcher lunge and reaches each leg SS 12 DB cross over step ups each leg. 3 sets.
                45 seconds split squat jumps SS 45 seconds box jumps. 3 sets.
                Hip bucks to failure SS DB 3 way RDL. 3 sets.

                  I'm going to have to look up Smith lunges. Sounds painful. Short and sweet again todaydoing shoulders, traps, cardio, little bit of abs.

                  These plus several sets of 45-second flutter kicks.

                          Shoulders and a little back today. It felt good to trash my shoulders. I won't be able to pick my arms up later today. 5X10 supersets

                          Lateral raises/front raises
                          Seated press on smith machine/rear delt reverse fly with dumbbells
                          Smith machine upright rows/rear delt reverse fly with cables
                          Bodyweight ring pullups 4 sets to failure

                          I'm going to try and make it tomorrow morning. It will be all legs if I do.

                              Seated Dumbell Press - 5x8-10
                              Seated Barbell Press (Chin facing up) - 4x10
                              Standing Butterfly W/ Dumbells - 5x10
                              Standing butterfly W/ Dumbells - 2x20
                              Delt cable pulls - 4x10
                              Reverse machine flys (dropset) - (10 @80%, 10 @60%, 10 @40%)

                                Got in some over head mobility work, Klokov Press, BB over head squats with a snatch grip and then back. BB Rows, Close grip rows and lat pull downs. Finished off with some stretching and dead bug abs.
