Chest and biceps today. Missed yesterday since I had to be at work early, but made up for it today. Pretty sure I'm gonna feel this one tomorrow, but I LIKE it!
5 minutes on the treadmill then two warmup sets and 4 working sets. Still supersetting cuz I can get more done in less time. A good heavy day.
Shoulders, triceps and legs today. Gotta catch up from missing a day.

Military press/tricep pushdown/leg extension
Rear delt cable fly/bilateral leg press/skull crusher
Upright row/overhead cable extension/goblet squat
Tricep kickbacks for a finisher.
Not hunting this weekend, but working the Medina VFD game dinner Saturday and cleanup Sunday. I'll be exhausted.
I'm still plugging along but its been a rough week. I think I've finished 1 of 5 workouts this week. I'm getting extremely weak and fatigued and have to stop about 5 minutes short. Hope I'm back to normal next week. Just 2 more weeks of this set.
Suprisingly enough I made it in this morning. I worked the Medina VFD Hunter's Game Dinner Saturday from 9A-1A and couldn't hardly move yesterday. Getting old doesn't suck, but it sure is hard to recover some days.
Not a bad gym day. Back and legs 4x8-10 supersets and keeping it heavy. I can tell my legs are getting stronger and supporting my knees better cuz I don't plop down in the chair anymore when sitting down.

I was supposed to have my hernias fixed today but somehow or another the appt I made a month early never made it on the schedule. I called Friday first thing when they opened to confirm and was greeted with, we dont have you down. Now scheduled for Thursday afternoon. I wasnt a happy camper but that wasnt going to change anything.
