New Year Workout Accountability 2018

    Kind of a full body light workout last night with curls, pushups, bench, pec flyes, leg press, air squats, hammer curls, 30 minutes of cardio.

      Inverted rows.
      DB bent over rows into tricep kick backs.
      DB standing curls.
      DB hammer curls.
      DB V up Russian twist.

        Not the best 2 weeks for me. Only 2 gym sessions in that time. Did some snatch's and cleans yesterday.

              Stepped on the scale when I returned home today....

              Up 10 pounds since moving to houston July 15th.... Ouch.....

              No one but myself to blame.

              1st day in a week I have touched a weight due to travel and laziness and boy I could tell.

              Chest and Cardio

              BB bench SS DB Flys
              DB incline SS Push Ups
              Mch Chest Flys

              1500 meters on the Rowers and .5 mile jog on the Tread mill


              Arms and more cardio tomorrow and currently cooking Chicken and veggies for dinne before Journey and Def Leopard tonight

                  Made it in today despite the rain making the bed cozy!

                  Back and legs today. Keeping the legs light since I haven't done anything with them since hip surgery.

                  3 warm up sets then 3 working sets. Supersets 3 X10

                  T-bar row/leg extensions
                  Bi lateral lat pull down/prone leg curl
                  Chin ups/seated leg press
                  Hip thrusters/Hip abductions

                      Burpee push-up pyramid, or some 1½ legged version.
                      Alternating DB incline bench press.
                      Side lateral raises.
                      Tubing tricep kick backs.
                      Tubing tricep push aways.

                        New Year Workout Accountability 2018

                        Good day for me. I got to start using the elliptical and started lateral movements. Finally done with the boring tedious stuff.

                          A good one this morning. Chest and biceps supersets. 3 Warmup sets and three working sets. Went heavier today since I think I've avoided the DOMS.

                          Bilateral wide grip chest press/z bar curls
                          Incline chest press on Smith machine/hammer curl bar
                          Cable fly/incline dumbbell concentration curls

                          Still throwing in the stuff I learned at PT for my hip at the end. Hopefully I won't need to do that much longer and I can get back to my usual routine. I miss getting tore up in the gym.

                          Shoulders and legs tomorrow.

                              Physioball ab ball passes.
                              3 minutes heavy bag.
                              Heels to heaven.
                              3 minutes heavy bag.
                              Rest a minute and repeat.

                                Good Lord am I sore from getting on the elliptical and doing walking lunges. I stopped hitting it hard about 1.5-2 weeks before the knee surgery. Man it doesnt take long to lose it. I should get past the soreness sometime next week I suppose. Today was the best day back in the gym in a long time.
