Still hitting it eveyday. Today was one of those everything caught up to me again days. After therapy this morning and then working out early afternoon I came home and fell asleep for 3 hours. Knee is getting marginally better everday so hopefully that means I will be sleeping through the night again soon.

Only missed yesterday since my previous post.
Changed things up today and going back to high reps with lighter weight to change things up. Trying to stick with a 5 set pyramid for majority of the exercises.
Today was chest.
BB Bench 40-30-20-30-40 from 95-135lbs
DB Close grib Incline 40-30-20-30-40 from 30-45lb db’s
Cable flys 40-30-20-30-40
Push ups 20x5
2.5 mile jog

I finally was given the green light to start easing into some additional cardio. After today's PT and workout, I got in 20 minutes of fat burning on the stationary bike. I put in nearly 2.5 hrs in the gym today. Im looking forward to next week because at some point the eliptical comes into play instead of the bike.

I missed Tuesday and Wednesday. Just couldn't seem to drag myself outta bed. Poor sleep is killing my mojo! Slept fairly well last night and made it to the gym this morning. A lot of new people showing up for some reason and it's getting difficult to use some equipment. Anyway...
Arm day today. 3 warm up sets then 3 sets of supersets X12.
Barbell curls/Bodyweight dips
Hammer curl bar/Cable pushdowns pronated and supintated
Incline dumbbell curls/overhead rope extensions
Shoulders and some light legs tomorrow.
