Caught 3 with dukes and marshmallow. Planned on skinning all of them for a buddy to BBQ but after doing 1 I threw in the towel


Are the hides worth anything?

Depends if you have a trappers license. If you do you can sell them for usually 6-12$ but if not you can't legally sell them but you could give them to someone with a trappers license that would in turn donate to you 4 or 5$ for each give away...

We skin each one, granted we've been doing it since my grandpa was a boy, save them up til we run out of room for them and sell them all at once. Is it worth the money? I don't know but it's just something my grandpa did as a boy, and he passed it on to my dad, who then passed it on to my brother and I.
