I found a pair of boots there I want to buy but I have never bought anything from Sportsman's Guide. How are they to deal with on returns/exchanges? Delivery times?

Never had an issue. Shipping is fast and most of what I've bought has been great. My FIL has spent a few 1000s with them with same results.

I’ve bought boots, blinds, ammo, etc. No issues at all. They run free shipping a lot, and, it’s typically been 3-4 days door to door. Can’t comment on returns as I’ve never had to

Great service. Right after Sandy Hook, I ordered a huge amount of 22lr and 223 ammo along with a huge amount of reloading supplies. The 22lr ammo went on backorder for 8 months, and in the meantime the price of ammo tripled. Sportsman’s Guide honored the original price while other companies like Cheaper Than Dirt cancelled orders and jacked prices up.

I will continue to do biz with SG but will never do business with CTD...or SureFire.

I spend quite a bit with them. Only thing I will say is beware of the membership. That automatic renewal always creeps up on me and sometimes I didn’t buy enough that year to offset the cost.

Bought from them many times over 30 years. They have a great return policy. Can be years after you bought the item. Call and they send a return authorization. They also have rare and hard to find items sometimes that are worth it. A bit pricey on the shipping, but you can't have everything.

SG optics & firearms prices are NOT the lowest you will find.

SG Customer service and return policies CAN NOT be beat!
My El Cheapo buddies are always getting me to buy SG ammunition for them.
Been a SG member for 12 years.
I'll buy stuff to see if I like it. If I don't like it return it with no questions asked.
Please don't think SG sells crap.
Some times I think I'm probably a crappy customer /member but SG still loves me.
