Shingles!!!

I had the miserable shingles. The rash didn't hurt it was the nerves inside me that hurt and buddy they hurt big time. From the center of my back around my waste to my belly button.

I have a high tolerance to pain but shingles kicked my butt.

Get the shingles vaccination.

This is exactly what mine is doing. Rash is solid and starts in the center of my back, about 3"'wide, right on my spine, and runs around my right side becoming spotty to none towards the center of my belly but the entire area aces and burns like all get out but is numb to the touch also.. It's weird..
This is considerably worse than my first bout...

My Dr said its seems like these are becoming more and more common.... She is seeing them on a more regular basis..

Had them when I was in high school years ago. They really suck! Hang in there.
