Finding New Lease

What are the best ways to find a new lease these days? I have found leases on craigslist in previous years but don't see very many on there anymore. Has anyone had much success using the lease finder websites?

It depends on where in Texas you want to hunt.

The are several websites for leases. East Texas has paper mill land that comes available every year

The best way to find a lease is ask your friends , coworkers,neighbors,church members etc. In fact ... every lease I’ve been on was through personal contacts like that.
