Hello,

I've searched in many places and have yet to find someone who could tell me about my system.

Something tells me that I might find someone here who knows about the Rain Soft system that came with my house and can direct me to manuals with directions that actually work. Due to the high volume of post, please do not get upset if I bump this once or twice in the next couple of weeks. Thank you.

System is a mod #Z AQL 75V 307 60R
C 5 H or maybe?


I have a brine tank, tank with controller and another slightly larger tank. Under the kitchen sink is an RO mod# 21176. This system was installed in May of 2002.

I've been searching for a few months now and can only find limited information on how to set up and calibrate.

Why not contact them.... Have messed with these things a little while I was a plumber but I always had to call the company that made it.

I have some brochures and manuals. Very limited information. They are very proprietary and don't release any technical information.

All in all it's just a matter of keystrokes. That and finding the magic button. Just need the right pattern to configure the system. Can't even set the time right now.

I may give in some day and pay up. Just kills me that they won't support their customers. Haven't found anything good about Rain Soft on the internet. Customer service is lacking and the system cost four times what can be purchased at the home stores.
