    Question about Yotes

With my dad's new game camera he got for Christmas, we were trying to catch a glimpes of just how many aminals are behind his house. For three dats we got pictures of alot of animals.....but no yotes. We put turkey bones, cat food and table scraps out and got pictures without any animal present. Are the yotes coming through so fast that the camera can't catch them? With all the pictures on here, I don't recall seeing any yotes on camera. I know they will eat corn at times. One would think there should be more pictures of them in the night with as many cameras as there are out there. Just asking.

Hey Snake, I have captured a coyote with my trail cam. I had in our back yard before I took it to the lease. Had placed a can of tuna one evening. Multiple racoons were all over the tuna, then in one photo they were all gone and in the next photo was the coyote, he entered the area and left and came back through a couple of frames later. I have not seen one on the camera since it has been out at the lease, but I have seen a coyote come out of the brush there when I was using a doe bleat call.

How fast does the camera reset after a pic? On another note I would not want all those animals use to coming up to the back of my house looking for food. Next snack could ba a pet or child.

the song dogs may not be in your area right now

easiest way to confirm is tie/secure a deer carcass to a tree near the woods

place game camera nearby which will hold them while eating

if you have yotes, they will find the carcass and show up on the pics

There are no pets and kids to worry about. The yotes are already in the area. The camera resets at 25 seconds. My dad has killed two deer this season and has drug several road kill deer out back and the next day they are gone completly. He even covered one of the carcasses up with bricks and concrete....didn't slow em down. Oh well...the traps are set next week.
