    Ozone machine for scent elimination.

How many of y'all use a mobile ozone machine in the storage of your bowhunting clothes? I keep my clothes in drybags and wash them in scent eliminating soap. But I got busted last night from a big sow, she never seen me but winded me.
I seen a deal on amazon that is rechargeable and you put it in the drybag with your clothes.

Looking for some answers for scent free storage.

I soak my clothes in ozone after every hunt in an air tight box. I have no doubt that it works better than any laundry detergent.

Are you using one of the little machines?

There are a lot of threads on this. There was a place out of New York that was selling pretty decent size ozone generators that you could plug a 12 volt feeder battery into. One of those would work much better on your clothes. For me, I just throw my Ozonics inside of the plastic bin and fog my clothes before and after hunts..

I use on that I bought from BPS in a tote that is air tight. Works great. Oh and I buy a regular tote and put weather stripping in it to make it air tight as possible.

I have a Log6 Ozone machine that I use in my air tight totes to dry wash clothes for 10-15 minutes. Also have the Scent Crusher bag for single hunt convenience and quick use. This is my first year using the Ozonics HR300 too in the stand and I have gotten away with some things I didn't expect to. In a blind it has been bulletproof thus far (much safer bet not to get busted in enclosed blind as most have mentioned on past threads). I also picked up a lot of Scentlok recently at 50%+ off so gonna try to go all-out scent free next season and see if it really ups my odds or if it's not worth it. Any scent advantage is worth it to me and more confidence also helps those long sits...

Same here. As long as you’ve got a power source it’s as good as they come.

I use a Contico Deluxe storage trunk for storing and cleaning my stuff. Evidently they’re discontinued now but man it works great.

The rechargeable ones can be put in the pop up with you? Do they have a rating size?

I have done a ton of bow hunting hogs and I've used pretty much everything to fool their nose and IMO there is nothing out there except maybe Scent Thief that will fool them. I need to do more testing with Scent Thief before I say it works but it did work on the first group of hogs that I had come in down wind but I would never say anything works after just one successful hunt. I will be doing a lot more testing with it once work slows down in a couple of months. I've not only tried ozone on my clothes but I've also used it on the stand and while it works good with deer, I've had no luck with it on hogs and wont even take the ozone machine with me anymore when I'm just hog hunting.

This is pretty much my experience with ozone use too. I do use my ozonics to treat my backpack, clothes, boots, etc. I installed a plug in the side of my Ozonics so I could plug in a 12 volt battery or a 12 volt power source when I'm using it at home...

Gonehuntin, I've followed your posts for a long while here and generally consider you to be a good authority on the advice you have given. I am very interested in hearing more about Scent Thief and your experience with it. I gave up trying to fool a hog's nose years back... If this stuff is worth a try, I might get some and do some experimenting/testing too.

I use this portable dryer to hang all my hunting stuffs and throw in the Ozone generator
when needed. Spent less than $100 for the whole set up

The does came in with no problem, but the wind kicked up at dark and I wanted to shoot a sow that has been showing up with her little ones. She winded me and sent her little ones in and she circled me but offered no shot. Of course it was dark and I do have your red LED light, but them little pigs dont fair well in my peep sight at night.

Scent Thief is looking for dealers so when you start buying it I will get it from you

Does that clothes dryer seal up? Or is it open on bottom?
