Bass Boat Question

I have a question about a drain on my 87 Champion bass boat that I just got. I know the bottom is the bilge drain, and the outside 2 are livewell fills & drains. The one on the left has a crack in the line and will fill up the boat (that is why it has a plug in it). What does the middle one above & slightly left the drain go to? I'm assuming in might be the livewell overflow drain, but I wouldn't think it would be below the water line. Also does it need a strainer on it?

PS. I had a small offshore boat years ago and it only had one drain at the back, so this is a little different for me

Easy enough to figure out. Fill the live well til it runs out the overflow. If it comes out that tube you have your answer. Only intakes need strainers.

Yep park in driveway and fill the live wells and cooler that will tell you pretty quick.

If you have a valve for your live wells thats the drain for them.

The one with nothing on it should be another drain and filler for the livewell just like the one with the strainer on it if that's the one you are asking about?

The two on the outsides are inlets for the livewell's. Middle one is a drain for both.
