Would like some expert photoshop help if possible

This link has the pics in it. I'm wondering if some one can make the shirt of the young man holding the picture look the same color as his kid pic? If you could put the Astros hat on him too that would be awesome! He was the only one that wasn't able to get a shirt to look like the old pic. It was hard enough for all the young folks to get together in short notice, but they did it for their grandmother. Thanks for anyone who can help with this.
