I have been going there for over 20 years. Good people and great smoked meats. I picked up 2 deer last week. Had link sausage made with all of it but the backstraps for cutlets. Ended up with 155 links of sausage and numerous packs of cutlets for $520. Not bad if you figure the sausage is $3.25 per link compared to paying $6-7 per link in a normal meat market. [emoji106]

Growing up just a few miles from there I've been going there long enough to say I contributed to a couple of those deer heads on the wall...
Having said that, I process my own and buy my seasoning from Novaks then add a little spice and a lot of hard work to the finished product.
What ever their price, remember there's a lot of work that goes into the final product which is why none of them are cheap.

The folks running the show are great people, and that business is run the way any business should be. Glad to see a hometown company on the map.
