    oldest black and white actor

this may be a weird post. well I have not much to do. who will be the very last black and white film actor alive? Kirk Douglas is 101 I think. Clint Eastwood is near or 90. Gene Hackman is about 92. many more around this age. for the ones of us that remember just 3 stations before 298 channels of cable, we had black and white TV. some of my first memories from TV land were black and white. all the rage was the new program that was in color.
sorry if this is a depressing point.

He ain't the only one. Many of us grew up with B&W tv. I think we got out first tv in 1962 or 63. I remember watching the funeral of President Kennedy on that old B&W

I was pickin' at Old Bud. I'm with you. Remember the 'station' came on at 6:00a with the national anthem and went off the air at 10:00p with the national anthem.

I remember staying with my great Aunt Connie some on the weekends when I was young. She cooked on a wood cook stove and had all wood heat. I remember watching the Lawrence Welk show with her in black and white.

Wasn't the world such a nicer place and time back then. I would take the single shot 22 or the bolt action 16 gauge out for small game. Great old memories
