Well ladies and gents, just wanted to share the good news, my wife and i just found out today that we got the house we bid on and will now be home owners. We are excited to say the least. I would like to ask everyone to pray for Erin and I that everything goes smoothly the next few weeks while we start the closing process. Thank yall and may yall have a wonderful 09.

congrats my wife and i went through the same last year it was a rollercoaster of emotions but well worth the ride.theres nothing like owning your own .we closed in april and that was the 4th happiest day of my life .hope you have woderful memories .

yeah we are staying in the area were gonna move more into kingwood, but we found this house and really liked it. the home is located in porter, in the forest colony subdivision.
