Need help with knife and sheath

Im trying to find any information on this knife. it was given to me from my dad and it was passed down to him.

I am also wanting to get a new sheath made for it so I can actually take it into the field with me and trust that the belt loop wont break.

All I've seen online with a quick search is the stag handle Alfred Williams ERBO... Selling for $200-$300 on fleabay.

As far as "information", this was found on a knife forum:

1- The trademark EBRO comes from the Ebro River, the second largest river in Spain.
2-EBRO was a trademark of Adolph Kastor & sons of New York who purchased the trademark in Sheffield from Joseph Wostenholm & Sons, who also used the EBRO with the 2 Maltese crosses prior to selling it to A. Kastor. Alfred Williams speciality was selling knives to the US market, so his knives bore his name as well as the EBRO importer stamp.
3-In addition to Alfred Williams and Joseph Wostenholm, I found someone who owned a knife marked EBRO-Thomas Wilson-Shear Steel-Sheffield. Most recently, Puma sells an EBRO knife, minus the Maltese crosses.
4-Yes, Alfred Williams did make knives without the EBRO trademark-Notably, he made sailors rope knives for the US Navy. There were probably others, if they were not imported by Kastor.

Mike Harrigan of Gypsy Bladeworks,in Friendswood ,Texas, can make you any type/style of sheath you want. He and his son,Jeff, also make a great knife. To your or their design. I have a number of them. They made the club knives for The Gulf Coast Knife Club, last year....beautiful small skinners with the members choice of handle material.

I have seen those google pages and the ebay listings but not seeing anything like this knife. Most of the ones that I've seen are in pretty bad shape and show their age.

My dad said that it was his grand fathers Dr. Gerhart from South Dakota. I am the only one in our family that hunts or has much of an interest in the outdoors.

I was trying to find out the age, material, and price range for this particular knife.
