What kind of internet access gizmo do i need?

We have no wireless access at the lease. I'm wanting to be able to take the laptop and have interwebs access from the lease. Is there some sort of usb plug-in device i can purchase to plug into the laptop and have internet service? Please enlighten me. Thanks so much.

just go to your preferred wireless provider and get an aircard. I use a Mifi from Verizon, your wireless device will recognize it like any wifi spot and type in the passcode provided.

This is what I do. Stream Netflix and whatever else from my hotspot on the phone. Of course if you don't get wireless service at your lease, that won't work.

Do you receive cell service? Do you have a smart phone? If you receive cell service on your smart phone ( not a drop-phone ) then you should be able to get the internet. If you do not receive cell service then you will have to switch to a carrier that covers the area. I have an AT&T drop phone for certain areas I cover in Texas. I had to go in and add an internet package to that particular phone. I use a different Verizon phone for my daily business, internet, and email accounts.

If you have solid cell service, use Hot Spot off your phone as others have said.

If you don't have a good signal you could get a Cell booster that will boost your data signal thus your internet speed. You can do a search on here for that there are many threads about cell signal boosters.
