I love the fajitas and deer sticks. Everything we have had made there has been great.

This, pretty good price as well... I just got mine last week and its great!! I did 20 pounds of their pan sausage and the rest just ground and tenderized and added pork. Great taste and they are quick, turnaround is less than a week.

Smitty’s is a great place. Been using him for years.

I have never taken a deer to Fleming’s. But, a guy on the last lease I was on used to take his there. The sausage Fleming’s made was very good. If it was convenient for me I would use them.

I drive to Bellville; love the dirty rice mix. I had heard good things about Smitty's however they do not guarantee "your" deer as they batch process the sausage. I believe if you contact them early in the season they will individually process your deer.

My next deer is going to Texan taxidermy. I really like the flavor of the sausage. I stopped by the other day and got to try a sample.
