Drone Video of Geese on my Tank

I had some time between hunts to mess around with the Mavic a little bit and got some pretty cool footage of a bunch of birds on my tank. I think they were geese but I'm not real sure. Any ideas on what these were? If you watch until the end you can see one land. They were big white birds and I think they had a little black on the wing. This was in Young County. The whole place was covered with them all weekend.

Hard to tell from afar but my guess would be Canadians on the water.

I will offer my depredation services for free if you would like them to be taken care of.

Young county I would guess Sandhill Cranes. The one that flew in had a huge wingspan. How deer is the tank right now? Could be a mix of geese and cranes.

I was thinking Sandhills or Snow Geese. If they are still there this weekend I'll get some closer footage.

Why would Canadians be all the way down in Texas and swimming in his lake...vacation?

                Oh you meant Canadas?..

                  Cranes.

                  Don't get footage, get LDPs!

If they are geese and they are white with black tips, then I'd say snow geese. Probably a few blues and rosses as well. Cranes don't swim...nor do they bob butt up like those are doing in the video.

On edit....I didn't watch the last 5 secs. I agree with the cranes assessment at the end on the land too...

If they're white with black wing tips, they're either snow geese or whooping cranes. How deep is the water where they are in the middle of that tank? Cranes will wade in shallow water, but I've never seen them swim in deeper water. Geese swim.

The bird flying in to the bank at the end looks like a sandhill.

The bird that flew in was a crane. How deep is the water?

Looks like its deep enough for bobbing/dabbling.
