      My guess is the 2nd “systems error” email came out after they started catching a bunch of negative PR and they are trying to salvage what they can. Coach

          Well I am going to give them the fury of my wife tomorrow. She isn’t happy and I armed her with their “mission statement” she has an extended conference tomorrow so it should be good

              I got the same email also about ha in to reorder. Went to there website and looked at there legal section. Basically says they do not have to honor anything they put a price on even after a order has been placed.

                      I guess when you have government contracts, customer service to individuals loses it's appeal.

                      $38 is still a pretty good deal for that light, but if they are holding on some principle over a $10 difference, then so will I. Plenty of other flashlights in the sea.
