Trust Question (Forms 1 & 4)

Purchased a suppressor and an SBR. I am in the process of getting all the paperwork straightened out and I've got a question. From what I've read, I need to submit a "Responsible Person Questionnaire" for myself as well as a co-trustee. Do I also have to fill out a third questionnaire for a successor-trustee?

There may be a couple more questions as I continue the process. Thanks in advance.

Bout to buy a suppressor and have a couple of the same questions. Got my form 1 done before all of the changes went in so didn't have to deal with it then. Thanks for the link.

As it states in the link you posted, anyone who can add to/remove from the trust or otherwise change the disposition of items within the trust will have to provide photos, fingerprints and submit the questionnaire.
