Hi fin blues for me. I've not eaten many yellows, and never from a river, but they don't taste much different from channels for me. I'll eat em all, but I LOVE filling a chest with blues.

Medium size Channel cat out of running water, not farm ponds.

We put our pond cats in a water trough with cold, fresh water. Seemed to flush them out pretty good.
