      I de-breast them and cut them into strips and fry.(if i can ever shoot one)

          I do both depending on who wants it. I took a plucked wild turkey to Racine Wisconsin for Thanksgiving once to fill a request. You shoulda seen the faces around the table when they tried to eat it. LOL

          Personally I skin and take out the breast for ckicken frying and save the rest for a very tasty soup.

            breast, cut into strips, marinate in alegro, then grill....or chicken fry
