I've got one I make 321 ribs in and smoke my deer sausage in. Haven't ever tried anything else yet. It makes good ribs though IMO!

We have one at the shop. For Thanksgiving we did a Turkey for all the guys in the field. Just rubbed it down with Chupacabra rub and injected with some Tonys injectable butter.
Started about 6 AM and was ready around 2PM. Don't remember the temp setting but it turned out better than expected. We also do some pre-marinated ribs from HEB or Ainsworth. They are really good. For smoke we use some hickory soaked in water and set it in a little aluminum tray at the bottom.
