Tried squeezing it and it was hard. Honestly I didn’t squeeze too terribly hard for fear of the consequences. Poured some peroxide in it and covered it with Vaseline. Dog is acting fine

Popped plenty out of rabbits and cows. We always treated afterwards with monkeys blood. If it's just 2 tiny breathing holes, you will have to lance is. Skin usually pops right open.

My dog had one. Wife took her to the vet and the vet squeezed it out.

The vet almost got a new dog that day.
