They were not drinking..

Not sure what they were doing, but they veered on to the shoulder of their west bound lane and I guess panicked and over corrected and went into a skid and shot over Into my east bound lane.

They were almost broadside when I hit them just at the front passenger tire with the front driver side of my truck..

I was on IH37 tonight coming back north from Campbellton exit and the traffic was a little crazy. Lots of hotshot drivers pulling trailers driving like fools, people texting and wandering in my lane.
